Staff were friendly and helpful. The hot English breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable. Location is excellent, with bus stops to and from town immediately outside the hotel. The bar area and restaurant facilities (where we had dinner on the Saturday evening) were attractive and welcoming, and the food excellent. Service was first-class.

There was a feather pillow and quilt on my bed and after a long day travelling and checking in at gone 9:30 pm the staff were more than happy to come and awap my quilt for a non feather one due to my allergies. I hadn't mentioned the pillow as there were 3 others and more than enough just for myself. I put the feather one to one side, when I came back from work the following day the staff had noticed it and changed it themselves with no question which was a very nice and well received gesture.

Nice and clean room. Small but okay for a very short period of time. Nice and warm in the room too. Even though outside were 10-12 degrees, we were very comfortable in the room with radiators off and bathroom window semi-opened, we never needed to close it. ( That side of the building was quiet 😃). Very pleased with the comfort of the room. Soft and clean carpets. Restaurant is good.

Staff Alll Very Helpfull. There was hardly any one forr evening meals in reastraunt. There was only one on duty a metradèe HE was Very Good to us alll. Food was excellent . Very clean rooms .lovely shower.. Pool & other facility's good. Enjoyed a swim. I would recommend it. Certainly use again.

The room was comfortable, very well-designed, very clean and excellent in every way but it did not have a window - the only natural light came from the bathroom window, which entered the room via the glass panelled connecting door. It wasnt a big problem, i arrived late and was only there to sleep but if i’d been staying longer it wouldnt have suited me (personal opinion). Price a touch on the high side for a room with no window no matter how nice that room was. Staff were nice, parking was fine even though I got there lateish on a Friday, the whole place looked well-kept and well cared for. I’d definitely stay here again.

We love staying at the Beeches. It’s amazingly clean, the staff are friendly and a superb location. The gym & spa facilities are just fantastic, nice sized pool, hot tub and sauna are great to chill and relax in….and, very clean! Breakfast is good with a nice selection. City centre is easily accessible from a nearby bus stop. Plus, there is free parking too!!

The service was outstanding. Staff were kind and helpful. A perfect location to relax, close to amenities, lovely atmosphere. Quiet considering we stayed around a Bank Holiday weekend. Rooms were tidy and fresh, stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, cups for both the bathroom and hot drinks as well as toiletries. We loved the inclusive aspect of the gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was fresh and constantly checked to ensure food was topped up and not sitting going cold. Fantastic family experience

What a lovely hotel. Comfortable, clean, lovely breakfast. The lady who was at the desk just after 5 pm, upon our arrival, was very welcoming and friendly. Night staff was also lovely and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, swimming pool, and jacuzzi . Breakfast was exceptional. Chef was accommodating when my wife asked for a request. Good choices to choose from. The room was comfortable and cosy. One of the best hotels we have stayed in Would definitely stay here again. Would have stayed longer if we could. Lovely location.

Great location, rooms were clean & comfortable. Leisure facilities were lovely! Parking facilities and included in the price was a good bonus, outside seating area for drinks and meals was also a welcome suprise as the weather was nice to eat outside.Great selection of fresh food for breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. The best meal by far was the Sunday roast, absolutely beautiful topped with a fab home made yorkie on the top 😋
